We have established a comprehensive, multi-layered safety management system that not only meets but often exceeds the stringent regulations set by both Indonesian authorities and international maritime and diving organizations. Corporate & Legal Compliance
Our operations are built on a foundation of legal and ethical integrity as a proud member of the Juara Holding Group.
- Legal Entity: We operate as a fully registered Indonesian company (Perseroan Terbatas – PT), ensuring full compliance with all national laws and regulations.
- Tourism License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business Registration) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, authorizing us to operate as a premier dive tour provider.
- Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered Indonesian taxpayer (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) and are fully compliant with all fiscal obligations.
- Employee Welfare (BPJS): All our Indonesian employees are registered under the national social security programs, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (for employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (for health), ensuring they have access to comprehensive social safety nets.
Maritime & Vessel Safety
The seaworthiness of our vessels and the expertise of our maritime crew are paramount.
- Vessel Classification (BKI): Every vessel in our curated fleet is classed and regularly inspected by the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI), the national classification society, to ensure it meets structural and mechanical safety standards.
- Port Clearance (SPB): Before every single voyage, our vessels obtain a Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (Port Clearance Permit) from the local Syahbandar (Harbormaster), which verifies that the vessel, crew, and documentation are all in order for the planned journey.
- SOLAS & Navigation Systems: Our vessels are equipped with modern safety and navigation equipment that complies with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), including EPIRBs, SARTs, satellite phones, VHF/SSB radios, radar, and dual GPS systems.
- Certified Maritime Crew: Our Captains hold, at minimum, an Ahli Nautika Tingkat I/II (ANT I/II) license, and our Chief Engineers hold an Ahli Teknika Tingkat I/II (ATT I/II) license. All crew members are certified in Basic Safety Training (BST) in accordance with STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers).
Diving Safety Protocols
Our underwater operations are managed with meticulous attention to detail.
- PADI & DAN Affiliation: We operate as a PADI-affiliated organization and a business partner of the Divers Alert Network (DAN). We adhere to the highest global standards for recreational and technical dive safety.
- Emergency Medical Equipment: Every vessel is equipped with a comprehensive medical kit, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and multiple units of medical-grade emergency oxygen. Our crew is trained in their use.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed, practiced EAP for all foreseeable diving incidents. This includes communication protocols and medical evacuation procedures to the nearest appropriate medical facility and recompression chamber (e.g., in Ambon or Manado).
- Professional Dive Staff: Our dive guides are certified PADI Divemasters or Instructors with extensive local experience. They conduct thorough briefings before every dive, covering site-specific procedures, safety protocols, and potential hazards.
- Small Dive Groups: We maintain a low guest-to-guide ratio (max 4:1) to ensure personalized supervision and enhanced safety underwater.
